Cooking for Fun Cooking for Life - Educational workshop at W5

We no longer need to travel the world for ingredients to produce delicious curries form India, salads from Thailand or a feast from the east. With the economic climate here at present in Northern Ireland being very sympathetic to the cost and prices of food, Jenny will be taking the schools on a very colourful journey to introduce foods, products, spices, herbs, fruits and vegetables in the latest Cooking for Fun Cooking for life educational workshop at the W5 on 30th September.

As always Jenny will create her magic and demonstrate how to cook in an economic way to produce dishes with wonderful oriental flavours along with the best of our home grown.

A Taste of Christmas with Jenny at Bloomfields

On Tuesday 2nd December Jenny Bristow will be visiting Bloomfield to give us a masterclass in Christmas cooking and lifestyle tips.

Jenny is one of Ireland's most celebrated local good food ambassadors, TV cooks and cookery writers whose cookery programmes have travelled the world.

The night will be punctuated by 3 separately themed cookery demonstrations:-

 

 

• 6.30 to 7p.m. - 'The Night Before Christmas Party'
• 7.30 to 8p.m. - 'The Christmas Dinner'
• 8.30 to 9p.m. - 'Christmas Deserts and Mulled Wine'

In between times there will be plenty of opportunity to meet Jenny, ask questions, take photographs etc. One of the aims of the evening is to showcase all that the stores within Bloomfield can provide to make your Christmas truly special, so not only will everything Jenny uses be sourced 'in house' but she will also be dressed head to foot in fashions from the Centre. There'll be loads of give-aways, sampling, spot prizes and special promotions from stores throughout Bloomfield.
