Cooking and creating new recipes has always been my passion and in my latest book I have chosen a great selection of favourite dishes, as always, making the most of a few simple ingredients. Packed full of goodness, natural flavours and aromas shine through. Good food and ingredients go hand in hand and I have used the best of our local produce, taken influence from the seasons, and where possible, used the ingredients that match today’s cooking for a healthier lifestyle, creating food that does you good both emotionally and is satisfying.
